Hears Hearing & Hearables Warranty Details

At Hears Hearing & Hearables, we want you to feel confident in your hearing aid purchase. That’s why we offer our exclusive Retail Warranty for selected hearing aids.

What’s Included

• One-Year Coverage: Your aids are protected for 12 months from the date of repair.
• Renewable Peace of Mind: At the end of the year, you can purchase another year of warranty for continued protection.  We will send you an email when your warranty is over.
• Warranty Card & Record Keeping: You’ll receive a warranty card for your records, and we’ll securely keep your warranty details on file with your purchase.

Eligibility

This warranty applies to eligible aids purchased through us. Please note:

• Not Eligible: Newer aids that are still under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Excluded Models: We cannot provide coverage for the following models:
  • Oticon Intents
  • Unitron Moxi V’s
  • Unitron Blu’s
  • Jabra
  • Resound Nexia
  • Resound Omnia

(These models are often still under manufacturer warranty and not serviceable under our retail plan.)

• Possibly not able to Repair Models: We cannot provide coverage for the following models:
  • Miracle Ear
  • Philips
  • Beltone

(These models have proprietary software and if we need to program them to repair, we can not do so.)
