Are your hearing aids on the fritz? Even after changing your wax guard and receiver, they still don't work.

Have no fear, we offer hassle-free repairs! Just send us your hearing aid and we will inspect, diagnose, and repair your hearing aid. With this repair service, we can repair all battery-powered hearing aids (regardless of brand), but the only rechargeable hearing aids we can repair are Signia Brand. After being repaired, your hearing aid will come with a 6 or 12 month warranty. So if something goes wrong within that time frame, just ship your hearing aid back to us and the repair will be covered under that warranty. *Please note this is a warranty guaranteed by us, Hears Hearing & Hearables. This fee is due up-front when wanting to sell a product in our consignment store. You must be a member and this fee must be paid before you are able to sell on our consignment store.

How our service works:

1. Purchase our Redux Hearing Aid Moisture Removal Service
2. Ship us your hearing aids to: Hears Hearing & Hearables 11 10th Ave S., Suite A Hopkins, MN 55343
3. The day we get your hearing aids, we will clean it up and place it in our Redux machine. Once it is dried out and working well we will send you an email with how much moisture was removed and get them back in the mail to you same day!
4. You'll receive your hearing aids back and in tip top shape :)

This bundle includes the following services from your chosen Networked Professional Provider:

• Fitting you with the hearing aids you have chosen and adjusting them to your hearing needs based on a recent hearing test (tested within 6 months)

• Verifying the fitting of your hearing aids with Real Ear Probe Mic measures

• Two follow-up visits

Although you may return your hearing aids for whatever reason within a given period of time (either 45 days under Minnesota state law or whatever the dispensing state law declares), services cannot be returned. However, the cost of services may be put towards an exchange for a different hearing aid.  The Networked Professional Provider will help with a new fitting, but if there are more than 6 total appointments to fit the exchanged hearing aids there may be extra fees for services.  Please understand that their time and work is valuable to your success.

If you return your hearing aids and did not use all the appointments included in the bundle, we are able to offer a partial refund for the appointments that were not used.

After four appointments, the Networked Professional Provider may charge for their time and service for any following appointments. We always recommend continuing to follow up with your provider for your continued success. The Networked Professional Provider will list their prices on their clinic website for your transparency.
