These Rexton hearing aids have a lot of technology in them and are similar to Signia Styletto AX hearing aids. They have two chips for listening in noise and in quiet.  One chip helps manage the noise.  It has acoustic motion detectors, Own Voice features, extended high-frequency bandwidth, and a great little app.  Also streams to iPhone and Android phones. This aid does not have any buttons on the hearing aid.   However, with a good fit and a good sound you don't really need to be pushing buttons and you can always use your app to make any changes.

The Oticon Zeal NXT is a discreet, non-custom made, prescription rechargeable in-the-ear hearing aid powered by AI-driven sound processing. One of the first fully in-the-ear designs to offer charging and Bluetooth® LE Audio streaming, it supports hands-free calls, Auracast™, and app-based control.  This is available for users with ear canals large enough to support the technology.  We understand it fits two out of three people! Oticon Intent miniBTE R Hearing Aids

The newest Behind-the-Ear hearing aid on the platform of Oticon. The BTE is Rechargeable with two charger options. A SmartCharger that has power back for charging on the go, and a Standard Desktop Charger. The Intent miniBTE has Bluetooth, an app, and streaming as well as a T-Coil for Loop connections.
