Starting October 28, 2025, Signia is making it easier than ever to keep your hearing aids up to date. With the brand-new Connexx™ myUpdater App, you can now update your Signia IX hearing aids yourself, right from your smartphone!
How It Works
If a new firmware update is available for your hearing aids, you’ll see a notification in your Signia App letting you know it’s time for an update. When you open the Connexx myUpdater App, it will walk you through the process step by step.
The whole update takes just 3 to 10 minutes, and you’ll be guided the entire way. It’s as simple as updating your phone or favorite app.
What’s New in This Update
The new October 2025 update installs firmware version 25.6.1104.3, which brings important improvements to LE Audio performance. Basically it will allow your hearing aids will connect faster, sound better, and perform more reliably.
If your hearing aids are already running the latest software, the app will let you know there’s nothing to update.

The Connexx myUpdater App works with Signia IX Bluetooth® LE Audio–enabled models, including:

- Pure Charge&Go IX
- Styletto IX

- Motion Charge&Go P IX

To use the app, your hearing aids need to already be on firmware version 25.5.972.3 or newer. (If your hearing aids were shipped after May 2025, they’re already up to date!)
