Your team made the process to register and ship my hearing aids very easy. And anytime I checked in for an update, everyone was very responsive which I appreciated. Receiving funds for the sale was even much easier and quicker than I expected. I would definitely use Hears again for selling hearing aids.

Hi Kim,

Thanks for your awesome customer service. The charger is great. I think it charges better if the aids are not in it as I got 4 days of hearing aid charging on a single charge of the charger. Hope this makes sense.
I could have kept it going to see how many actual days it would last for but 4 seemed like enough and way more than I thought I would get.
I didn’t see a link to give you a rating but it would definitely be 5 stars.

Hears Hearing & Hearables (HHH) did an amazing job for us. I was able to negotiate a very fair price for a Oticon Intent 1 consignment hearing aid. I was able to email latest detailed hearing test that was done locally to HHH, they programmed it and they applied the requested cones ( and gave us some extra) and mailed them. All this was done quickly and remotely from another state. The Oticon Intent 1 is far superior than the 2 year old Costco hearing aids they replaced. I definitely recommend HHH for hearing aids and don’t be afraid to get used ones. They are professionally cleaned and tested by HHH and can be programmed for your hearing. 

Oticon Intent 1 hearing aids delighted my mom and far exceeded her 2 year old Costco hearing aids in performance. She can hear so much more now and differentiate words for understanding.
