This listing is for a Used Phonak Audeo CROS system with a P70 hearing aid.

CROS systems are for those who have single sided deafness or unilateral hearing loss. The CROS/BiCROS side can be switched for either ear. We are happy to switch it for you. It can also be programmed as either a CROS, meaning no amplification on the good ear, or BiCROS with some amplification in the good ear.

These hearing aids are in great working condition and have warranties until June 2026.

This Used Phonak Audeo CROS transmits sound and voices from one side to the other, so your hearing ear can hear for both ears.  When CROS P is fit with a Phonak Audéo™ Paradise hearing aid, it helps people with unilateral hearing loss to hear speech clearly and follow conversations from all directions.

CROS P: A Paradise solution for UHL

CROS stands for ‘Contralateral Routing of Signal’. A CROS system consists of two parts:

  • the CROS device with a microphone to pick up sounds and voices from the poorer ear and wirelessly transmit them to the hearing aid and
  • the hearing aid to receive the signal from the unaidable ear and play it to your hearing ear.
