Key Compatibility & Features

• Compatible Models: Specifically fits custom rechargeable styles (ITC, ITE, HS, CIC) from the Genesis AI, Edge AI, Signature Series, and Evolv AI lines.
• Non-Compatible Models: Will not work with Starkey RIC (Receiver-in-Canal) or BTE (Behind-the-Ear) models, which require the standard StarLink 2.0 Charger.
• Charging Options: Available in Premium (with on-board battery for on-the-go charging) and Standard (requires wall outlet) versions.
• Performance: Provides a full charge in approximately 3.5 hours and features LED indicators to show charging status.
• Design: Features large, accommodating wells for custom hearing aids and, in some models, improved retention.

• These new charger accessories include onboard turbo charging for three hours of hearing aid use time in just 10 minutes of charging, and must be plugged into an external power source (i.e., wall outlet) to function/charge the hearing aids.
• When you order the Custom Starkey Edge AI or Genesis AI hearing aids, the aids come with this charger. This product is for the charger only and is hence sold separately as a backup accessory charger.

Starkey 2.0 Charger Quick Tips

• The inside of the charger is equipped with two LED indicators to provide information about the hearing aid’s charging.
  • When the hearing aids are placed into the charger, the LED lights will illuminate to indicate successful placement.
  • When the hearing aids are charging, the LED lights will blink.
  • When the hearing aids are fully charged, the LED lights will be solid.
