Size/Length: The Signia/Rexton 3.0 receivers come in sizes 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and now 5! with 0 being the shortest length and 4 being the longest.
Power: The P Power is the strongest receiver and is for severe-profound hearing loss. M Power is for moderate-severe loss. S Power is for mild-moderate.

These Signia 3.0 Receivers are Signia and Rexton’s receiver for their newer model of hearing aids. These receivers are compatible with the Signia Pure Charge & Go RIC AX and the Ric Ix models and the Rexton Bi Core and Reach models as well as some Tru Hearing, Miracle Ear and Horizon brand hearing aids. If you are unsure which receiver your aid uses, reach out and send us a picture of your current receiver. A picture is worth 1000 words.
