Complete 65-Minute Automated Care Cycle

  • 20-minute cleaning phase: A specialized cleaning solution automatically loosens and removes cerumen and microbial buildup from RITE/RIC domes and receiver areas.

  • 40-minute drying phase: A forced hot-air fan gently removes internal and surface moisture to help maintain peak performance.

  • 5-minute UV-C disinfection cycle: UV-C light sanitizes hearing instrument surfaces for improved hygiene and confidence.

  • Automatic shut-off activates at the end of the cycle or if the lid is opened during operation.

  • One-touch control makes the system effortless to use.

  • A blue indicator light signals device status:

    • Solid = standby mode

    • Slow flashing = cycle in progress

    • Quick flashing = cleaning solution refill needed
