An easier way to track your Hears Hearing & Hearable deliveries

A quick note about mail and package tracking. I recently moved, and in the process, I discovered a free USPS service that has been incredibly helpful: Informed Delivery®. Even though we always send you tracking details when we ship, we know those emails can sometimes land in spam or junk (especially with so much fraud out there these days!). We completely understand any hesitation…and we appreciate your trust. We’re a real, local business with a physical address, and we’re proud of the feedback we earn on Trustpilot.  We do not give out our phone number as we get too many calls and only have so much staff and many patients.

Why we recommend USPS Informed Delivery

With Informed Delivery, you can get a daily email that previews letter-sized mail and shows your packages that are on the way. You’ll also get a notification when a package is delivered. It’s a simple, secure way to keep tabs on everything coming to your mailbox, without hunting through emails or going to track your package.

How to get started (free):

1. Create your account: go to https://www.usps.com/manage/informed-delivery.htm and sign up.
2. Verify your identity & address: USPS will confirm you’re you to protect your privacy.
3. Choose your notifications: Opt into Daily Digest emails and delivery updates, and manage everything from your online dashboard or the USPS mobile app.

A few tips:

• If you’d like to keep receiving our shipment emails, please add our address to your contacts so they don’t get filtered to spam.
• You can adjust USPS notification settings anytime to match your preferences.
• USPS now supports multifactor authentication (MFA) for additional account security.
