At Hears Hearing & Hearables, we believe in Accessibility, Affordability, and Transparency. That’s why we’re pleased to offer remote care options for you. Whether you’re looking for adjustments, support, or maintenance, our teleaudiology services are designed to make your hearing care experience more convenient than ever.

Before we can provide a service recommendation and quote, we’ll need a bit of information from you:

    • Hearing aid brand
    • Model
    • Serial number (if available)

Please note: Not all hearing aids support teleaudiology. Typically, those that do have Bluetooth capability and can connect to your smartphone via an app. If your devices aren’t telehealth-ready, don’t worry, we’re still happy to assist you through our in-house repair services instead!
