Return Policy

* Refund

We issue refunds for purchases within 14 days of the original purchase date of the Contract. Items must be returned in the same shape as received and undamaged. The refund will be for the price of the item minus shipping costs, a $10.00 restocking fee, and credit card processing fees at 1.5%

What is Returnable:

Returns are only accepted for products with all original packaging within 14 days of the original purchase date.

If we sent the wrong product then we will just fix the order.

Over-the-Counter Hearing Aids have a 45-day return policy.

Hearing aids are refundable up to 45 days.  Refund amount is according to Minnesota state law.  Read more on the details in our terms and conditions.

Non-refundable/returnable items:

There are no returns or refunds for supplies such as tips, receivers, and other supplies for hearing aids unless we have made a mistake.

Used products in our consignment store are not returnable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before the order has shipped.

Service fees are not refundable.
