Two Types of Help Sessions

1. Instant Sessions: Connect immediately with an expert for on-the-spot assistance.
2. Scheduled Sessions: Arrange a session at a convenient time for you and the expert.


Help sessions are priced by the minute with no minimum spend required. Each topic has its own per-minute price, which can be found on the topic page. The per-minute pricing will also be displayed when you select a topic while filling out the session request form.
