Frequently Asked Questions

To pair your Infinio Sphere hearing aids with a device (like an iPhone), first put them into Bluetooth pairing mode. This requires you to restart them (using the on/off button) so they blink and are discoverable. Then go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and select the hearing aids when they appear. If you already paired them with the myPhonak app during setup, they may already be connected for streaming and calls.
For rechargeable models, they often turn on automatically when removed from the charger. If not, press and hold the lower part of the button (multi-function button) for ~3 seconds until the indicator blinks green.
Phonak hearing aids, including Infinio Sphere, are prescription devices and must be sold through an audiologist or hearing care professional. Contact local clinics or hearing centers to schedule a fitting and purchase. They’ll order the devices for you. We also sell them. Please contact us.
1. Turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone (Settings → Bluetooth). 2. Restart your hearing aids so they enter Bluetooth pairing mode. 3. In your iPhone Bluetooth list, tap your hearing aid(s) to pair. 4. Follow any prompts to complete pairing. 5. Install the myPhonak app for added control and settings. Once paired for streaming through Bluetooth, calls and audio will route through the hearing aids.
This is the same process as above. The first time you set up your hearing aids with the myPhonak app, they’re usually paired automatically for audio streaming and calls. If that step was completed, additional pairing might not be necessary.
Rechargeable models: Place them in the charger (they will automatically turn off). Manual method: Press and hold the lower part of the button for ~3 seconds until the indicator light turns solid red.
