These hearing aids are in near-perfect condition having almost never been used. They have repair and loss&damage warranty until 4/9/2026. This listing includes:

Although they are a couple years old these hearing aids are in fantastic condition. We have run these hearing aids through our test box and they have no distortion and are working like-new. These aids use size 675 batteries and are best suited for those with a severe hearing loss although they are currently programmed for a mild-moderate loss. In order to use these one must have custom molds and tubing attached to the hook of the hearing aid. This listing includes:

This listing is for a pair of used Signia Pure Charge&Go 7NX hearing aids. These hearing are no longer have warranties and are around 4 years old. However, one just went in for refurbishing and both were checked over by our lab to be in great, working condition. Although these hearing aids are a couple models old, they are still a fantastic hearing aid and many of our patient's in the clinic still love and use theirs.
