Hearing care laws vary by state, requiring providers to hold separate licenses in each state they serve. These rules are often complex and inconsistent, but we remain fully compliant and ethical.
The Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact (ASLP-IC), expected in fall 2025, will allow licensed audiologists in participating states to provide services across state lines. This will dramatically expand our ability to serve more patients nationwide, while continuing to uphold legal and professional standards.
