These Rexton hearing aids have a lot of technology in them and are similar to Signia Styletto AX hearing aids. They have two chips for listening in noise and in quiet.  One chip helps manage the noise.  It has acoustic motion detectors, Own Voice features, extended high-frequency bandwidth, and a great little app.  Also streams to iPhone and Android phones. This aid does not have any buttons on the hearing aid.   However, with a good fit and a good sound you don't really need to be pushing buttons and you can always use your app to make any changes.

Rexton Smart Remote:  Works with much older Rexton Technology

The Rexton Smart Remote is a small, easy-to-use hearing aid remote control with a display screen that makes it easy for you to control your hearing aids with the touch of a button.
