If you are not into smartphone apps, this is a great little remote control. Resound reports that the large tactile buttons on the new ReSound Remote Control accessory make switching settings and adjusting the volume simpler than ever. And if you like to see your settings, the ReSound Remote Control 2 shows them on a backlit display.

These receivers are for the LiNX 3D and Quattro rechargeable RIC (receiver-in-canal)/RIE (receiver-in-the-ear) model hearing aids.

Size: These receivers come in sizes 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 with 0 being the shortest and 4 being the longest. Power: LP or low/standard power is for mild to moderate hearing loss. MP or medium power is for moderate-severe losses. HP or high power is for severe-profound hearing loss. Your current receiver should specify the length and power. If you are unsure send us an email or ask your audiologist!  

These receivers are for the new ReSound ONE Hearing aid and are the standard SureFit 3 receiver (NOT the M&RIE)

These M&RIE receivers are ReSounds newest technology on the hearing aid market. Unlike a standard receiver that only contains a speaker that fits into your ear, this receiver contains both a speaker and a microphone. This microphone combines with the two other traditional microphones on the hearing aid itself to collect sound at the entrance of the ear and offer enriched sound woth more direction and depth. Size: The M&RIE receivers, like all ReSound receivers, come in 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4. The 0 size is the shortest length while 4 is the longest. Power: The M&RIE receiver is its own power so there is no variation in power strength.

This listing is for a CROS set of hearing aids. The hearing aid is the newer ReSound Nexia 7 RIE with a CROS. These can be programmed for either ear. The Nexia is the newest technology behind the Vivia hearing aids. These have warranties until March 2027. ReSound Nexia Custom CIC/ITC hearing aids are discreet, custom-molded devices designed for reliable hearing support in a compact and comfortable design. Available in two models:
