We suggest having any hearing aid fit for your hearing loss by a hearing healthcare professional. The aids have volume control with the push button on either side as well as 4 program settings: Universal, Speech in Noise, Music, and T-Coil. This listing includes:

The new Signia Silk Charge & Go IX is a small, rechargeable, completely-in-the-canal (CIC) hearing aid for everyday use.

The new Signia Silk Charge & Go iX are special indeed.
