Shipping Policy

At Hears Hearing & Hearables, we do our best to make sure your order is delivered safely and in a timely manner.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • USPS Ground Advantage – $8 (typically 3–5 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail – $12 (typically 2–5 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping – Available upon request. Please contact us at info@hearshearingandhearables.com before placing your order to arrange faster shipping. Expedited options usually range between $35–$50 depending on carrier and destination.

Processing Times:

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), unless otherwise noted on special order products.
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us before placing your order to see if special arrangements can be made.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Delays:

  • While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers are unfortunately outside of our control.
  • Weather events, holiday surges, or other disruptions may extend delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@hearshearingandhearables.com within 7 days of delivery so we can work with USPS to resolve the issue.
