At Hears Hearing & Hearables, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to help you return your items easily.
We issue refunds for purchases within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in the same condition as received and undamaged. The refund will be for the price of the item minus shipping costs, a $10.00 restocking fee, and credit card processing fees at 3%. Hearing aids have a separate restocking fee and will be according to State Law.
Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days to return an item you purchased (from the date you received it). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in the original packaging. Note that OTC & Prescription hearing aids have a 45-day return policy.
