The first thing that impressed me was the way my initial call was handled. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed. To me that was an indication of how the practice is run. Patient care is exceptional. Doctors are knowledgeable and take great care to ensure that patients are comfortable with their options. My own experience had been so pleasant I brought my 90 year old mother-in-law in. Dr Kalschmid was so kind and respectful, speaking to her directly and treating her with dignity. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been dealing with hearing loss for close to 20 years. This will be my third set of hearing aids. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had as an audiologist. They listened to everything I said, and made adjustments, and actually showed more empathy than I’ve ever had from any provider. The final solution they suggested saved me a ton of money while offering a wonderful service contract. The doctors here are amazing, The staff is just as amazing. If you were suffering from hearing loss and are unsure what to do go to this office today, they will help you. Even if I retire and move, I will still be coming back here once or twice a year just to see this Office. You have a customer for life. Thank you so much, Dr. K!!!!!

I had an outstanding experience at Forest Hills Audiology back in June. Dr. Roksana Borukhov and her colleague, Dr. Kathleen, provided excellent care for my father. They were very thorough and patient, especially with older individuals. My stubborn elderly father can be a difficult patient, but Dr. Borukhov put him at ease and ensured he understood and heard what she was saying since he was hard of hearing. In addition to the hearing test, they cleaned and adjusted my father’s hearing aids, which was very much appreciated and it immediately improved his hearing. Everything was explained, and Dr. Borukhov could not have been more accommodating. Her recommendation of a closed-captioned phone for my father’s significant hearing loss was thoughtful and appreciated. Dr. Borukhov’s passion for her job and patients was evident, and I appreciated her honesty and candor so much that it made me regret not taking him to see her sooner! I highly recommend Forest Hills Audiology for its exceptional care and compassionate approach. They made what could have been a challenging experience into a positive one.I would also like to mention that when my father went to his first appointment with Dr. Borukhov alone the year prior, I was initially concerned that he might not fully understand everything. However, Dr. Borukhov personally called me outside of office hours to explain his results and her recommendations, which was a huge relief. It’s clear that Dr. Borukhov goes above and beyond for her patients.THANK YOU!

BOTH Dr. Roxanne & Dr. Kathleen were a "joy" to work with on testing plus finding a hearing aid that would best suit my needs and my budget.
