A consultation where we can go over your hearing needs and create a plan of action to solve the issues you are having.

How our service works:

1. Purchase our Redux Hearing Aid Moisture Removal Service
2. Ship us your hearing aids to: Hears Hearing & Hearables 11 10th Ave S., Suite A Hopkins, MN 55343
3. The day we get your hearing aids, we will clean it up and place it in our Redux machine. Once it is dried out and working well we will send you an email with how much moisture was removed and get them back in the mail to you same day!
4. You'll receive your hearing aids back and in tip top shape :)

At Hears Hearing & Hearables, we offer a convenient 10-minute Telehealth service to help you troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing with your hearing aid.

Through a video call, we can assess the problem quickly—often resolving it on the spot. If it requires more time or further action, we’ll guide you with a personalized plan beyond the initial consultation.  IF you don't feel comfortable with a video call we can also offer a 10-minute phone call.
