We suggest having any hearing aid fit for your hearing loss by a hearing healthcare professional. The aids have volume control with the push button on either side as well as 4 program settings: Universal, Speech in Noise, Music, and T-Coil. This listing includes:

The new Signia Silk Charge & Go IX is a small, rechargeable, completely-in-the-canal (CIC) hearing aid for everyday use.

The new Signia Silk Charge & Go iX are special indeed. That is why we offer replacement hearing aid receivers. A hearing aid receiver works as your ears’ own speaker system. It plays the amplified sounds received from the microphone in your ear, and your brain gives the sounds context. Soundwave hearing aids are attached to a small tube at the end. That is the receiver. These receivers are sometimes called speakers. The receiver is inserted into the ear and delivers amplified sound to the ear.

Rexton BiCore Hearing Aids: Slim style offers a bit of style!

These Rexton hearing aids have a lot of technology in them and are similar to Signia Styletto AX hearing aids. They have two chips for listening in noise and in quiet.  One chip helps manage the noise.  It has acoustic motion detectors, Own Voice features, extended high-frequency bandwidth, and a great little app.  Also streams to iPhone and Android phones. This aid does not have any buttons on the hearing aid.   However, with a good fit and a good sound you don't really need to be pushing buttons and you can always use your app to make any changes.
