Starting is as easy as going to your app at your appointment time, going to the support section, and starting a video call. Your provider will find you.

Note: Not all Phonak hearing aids support teleaudiology. Check this blog for compatible models. Typically, hearing aids with Bluetooth capability and app connectivity are eligible for remote services. If your device isn’t telehealth-ready, we’re still happy to assist via repair servcies! Or you can always buy a new hearing aid that does support!
