I’m a musician, guitar player, recording artist, and singer who happens to have hearing loss. I’ve been playing the guitar and singing since I was 13 after getting my first guitar. I bought my first recording interface at 25 and have been making music full-time ever since. When I found out I had hearing loss a few years back, I was pretty down. And to top it off, I was shocked to learn that a hearing aid would cost over $4,000 at the time. Back then, there weren’t any over-the-counter hearing aids either.

As my hearing loss got worse, I knew I needed a hearing aid. I was thrilled to finally find an audiologist who sold a pair of Starkey hearing aids for just $2,000!

I’m happy to be helping Hears Hearing & Hearables spread the word about great OTC hearing aids and to help people understand what to expect when they get their first pair of hearing aids.
