Kim did an exceptional job of making me feel like a valued customer! Service is hard to find these days but she should teach customer service! She not only figured out what I needed but, late in the day, saw to it that shipment got out so that I received the next morning!

Got exactly what I asked for and in a timely manner. I needed a charger for my hearing aids, my original one had the springs dislocated so it wasn’t holding my hearing aids in place to get a charge. Sadly, anyone who been dealing with hearing loss knows, hearing aids and accessories are not cheap.
Even with the price, I am extremely happy that I found a charger that is compatible with my hearing aids. Now my hearing aids is fully charged and I am ready to tackle the day.

Would definitely recommend this source for hearing aid supplies. Purchased a streamline tv accessory for my hearing aids. It was reasonably priced, Kim answered all my questions and shipping and delivery were quick.

I had to return some hearing aid filters because they were the wrong type but this company did an excellent job helping me with the return and sent me the correct filters right away. You never know about a company's customer service until you have the opportunity to interact with them. This company's customer service and return policy was first class and eliminated any bad feelings I had about receiving the wrong filters. I would certainly do business with Hears, Hearing and Hearables again in the future.

Order processing and shipment were very fast. However, when the Phonak Roger didn't work, they could not provide any technical support. They referred me to Phonak, and they couldn't help either. I finally found someone at Advvanced Bionacs, the supplier of my cochlear implant, who knew exactly what to do to fix the problem.

Told me when I would expect delivery, sent me the details. Package arrived earlier than expected. She is a gem.

Perfect
Both hearing aids are the same color, if they use a different color just to differentiate the left and right aid would be great. I am not sure yet if they are more powerful but these are working ok for now. I am not sure what's the fee if the hearing aids need to be repair after warranty expired?

Just to clarify your review, you are reviewing a product, the Sony CRE- 10 OTC hearing aid. The hearing aid comes with a one year warranty. If it stops working let us know. Also if you could post a review of the product on the product so other people can hear what you are saying. ;) This is a place to review your wonderful service with us! :)))
When I called to request some assistance on ordering on line, a very helpful woman assisted me and took the order over the phone. That is above and beyond what i expected. Items were received in 3 days.

I needed to get hearing aids for the first time, and I was extremely anxious about the process. From the moment I called Hears, Hearing & Hearables, I was put at total ease from the first phone call to the many questions I had about getting my hearing aids! What I found when I called Hears, Hearing & Hearables was sincere and friendly people who listened closely to what I asked and what I had to say during the entire process – from talking about the type of hearing aids I wanted through getting the hearing aids delivered to my audiologist in New York in a timely and an easy manner. For my insurance, I had to have the receipt emailed to me in a certain way which was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. They are knowledgeable and efficient and will walk you through the entire process in a friendly and understandable way.
