Most strobe lights range from 10 to 150 Jouls and can be pulsed for attention. Some examples of these types of lights are on emergency vehicles, night clubs that want an “effect” and other warning vehicles. Although we haven’t tested this one out, it has great reviews and is mighty strong.
If you can not afford to buy one you can always reach out to your fire department. Our fire department here in Hopkins MN offers these to residents at no charge. 🙂 Just a little hint.
